Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

By downloading or using VoucherCraft ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You may use the App to create vouchers for personal or commercial purposes. You may not:
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy.
You retain full ownership of all vouchers, images, and text you create with the App. We claim no rights to your content. All data is stored exclusively on your device.
The App, its name, logo, design, code, and bundled template artwork are owned by Drabek.digital s.r.o. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Template designs included in the App may not be redistributed or resold as standalone design assets.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drabek.digital s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data or profits — arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
The App downloads template backgrounds from our CDN server over HTTPS. No personal data is transmitted in these requests. The App also uses Apple's system services (Photo Library, AirPrint, Share Sheet) in accordance with Apple's own terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
These Terms are between you and Drabek.digital s.r.o. only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Privacy PolicyWe collect nothing. VoucherCraft does not require an account, does not use analytics SDKs, and does not send any personal information to our servers.
Specifically, we do not collect:
All vouchers, images, signatures, and settings are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export and share a file yourself.
If you choose to import a photo as a background or element, the App requests access to your Photo Library. This access is used solely to let you pick an image. The selected image is stored only on your device within the App. We do not upload or transmit photos anywhere.
You can revoke Photo Library access at any time in iOS Settings → VoucherCraft.
If you choose to take a photo directly within the App, camera access is requested. The captured image is used only within your current design and stored locally. No images are transmitted to any server.
The App may connect to our CDN server to download template background images. These requests contain only a template identifier — no personal data, no device identifiers. Downloaded images are cached on your device for offline use.
Apple's platform may collect anonymised crash and performance diagnostics and share them with us through App Store Connect, subject to your iOS privacy settings and consent. We use this data solely to fix bugs. We do not have access to any personally identifiable information through this mechanism.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Since we collect no data from anyone, this applies universally.
The App uses no third-party SDKs — no analytics, no advertising, no social login. Only Apple system frameworks are used.
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. If you wish to remove your data from your device, simply delete the App — iOS will remove all locally stored App data.
If we ever change our data practices, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced through an App Store update description.
